Recognized for my development and leadership of the global Sustainability Design Jam:

Through Dave’s vision and orchestration, he sourced wide-reaching contributors and coordinated the convergence of 122 participants across 12 countries, and 8 BUs. The jam yielded 4 concepts for pursuit (2 Accelerators, HR, and Supply Chain Optimization portfolio). Additionally, the survey results were impressive, with participants reporting being: 93% more engaged, 92% more innovative, and 86% more skilled.

Standing up the Sustainability Design Jam required an entrepreneurial effort where innovation was at the center of this work and viable outcomes to pursue in the business were a direct result.
